Somewhere between Speed Dating and Dinner-Match, Table Date is a fun and successful way to meet singles.

We have always thought speed-dating was one of the best ways to meet singles but that was before we saw Table Dating.

1. Have several "first" dates at one time.
2. Determine if the chemistry is present before having a date.
3. Eliminate the rejection factor and the awkwardness of collecting/giving phone numbers. Since the hosts give out the contact information, you don't have to do that. Just be yourself and have fun!

However, speed dating has one drawback--you only talk for a few minutes. Table dating lets you talk long enough to verify you also share some common interests/values.

You don't have to be a brilliant conversationalist either because hosts supply the questions to ask.

Just like Speed Dating and Dinner-Match, you mark "yes" to any singles you would like to see again. If you both say "yes" to each other, then hosts give you the other's contact information.

Registration starts at 5 pm. We will dine at an Asian restaurant in the LBJ/MacArthur area of Irving/Valley Ranch with a romantic, awesome view overlooking the valley of Valley Ranch and north Dallas.

Cost is $34 and includes dinner, matching, and appetizers. It does not include your beverages.

Must register and pay in advance on a first-come, first-serve basis. We are limited in space here so please don't wait to register.

Speed Dating: If you are not in the above age groups, get a head start on speed dating for Sunday, January 8. Sign up here. All age groups are open for speed dating at this time and registration/payment is required in advance. All events are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancel: Events: Money will be refunded if you cancel by -- cancel by voice mail 24/7 at metro 972 601-9032, ext 3103--voice mail is date and time recorded). If you can not come at the last minute, please cancel anyway. If you cancel, you can come to another event by paying a $5 handling fee. If you don't cancel and don't come, you are a "no-show." You can really mess up an event this way. No-shows are charged for the event. No-shows are not welcome at future events.
